When people ask us what it is we do, we often reply that if someone needs to influence the thoughts and feelings of a target audience, we can help them to do that.No two client needs are ever the same. While we have strong views on how to influence people, and have a preferred approach that helps deliver results as efficiently as possible, we do not have one specific approach to fit every circumstance.
Therefore, our client engagements have been diverse - yet all focused on understanding target audiences better and building plans to impact their thinking. We have:
- Built a comprehensive marketing and communications program for an industry association
- Delivered a market research program to help a health care organization’s senior management gain a richer understanding of the progress it had made implementing a massive change initiative (the results of our research helped shape their corporate strategy)
- Provided communications advice and support to the Vice-President of a major telecommunications company
- Helped motivate a financial services industry sales force by writing monthly articles on its web site
- Developed presentations for the President of one of the largest community health organizations in Canada
- Crafted a communications and marketing strategy – and the implementation plans accompanying it – for an organization bringing new technologies to the health care sector
- Developed an internal marketing plan for the Information Technology division of one of Canada’s most successful high-tech firms
